About Philip Giboney

The owner of Trojan One Properties in Lakewood, Washington, Philip Giboney oversees all aspects of the property management company, including maintenance and repairs to commercial and residential properties. Prior to this role, he owned a nearby Snap-On Tools franchisee, where he received several achievement awards. Philip Giboney’s accolades included company honors such as the Iron Man Award and the Circle of Honor. He was also recognized as a top dealer and sales leader.

Previously, Mr. Giboney earned key certifications as a technician at Autoworks, a full-service repair shop in Issaquah, Washington. His areas of expertise included automotive computers, fuel injection, and lubrication. He has also worked in production at a paper manufacturer in Tacoma, Washington.

He graduated with an associate degree in applied science in automotive technology from Green River College at Auburn, Washington.

In his spare time, Philip Giboney goes boating and diving in the Puget Sound area and the San Juan Islands. Additionally, he holds a captain’s license from the U.S. Coast Guard allowing him to take passengers out in small boats.

Giboney enjoys scuba diving at wreck sites, notably the USS Kittiwake in Grand Cayman Island and the Diamond Knot off Washington’s Olympic Peninsula. Other travel destinations have included Aruba, Florida, and the Kona lava tubes in Hawaii. Additionally, he rebuilt a Montauk, a Boston whaling boat.
